By using the av6 platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. Policies covering gameplay, account management, payments, and bonuses are set out on this page.

General Definitions

This Terms and Conditions agreement ("Terms") is a legal agreement between the player ("User", "you") who uses the av6 Platform ("Platform", "Service") and av6 ("Company", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using av6's website, mobile software, or any related services, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms.

What the Platform means

Priority of these Terms

If these general Terms conflict with any bonus conditions, game rules, or other specific conditions on the Platform, these general Terms take priority.

Account Registration and Trust

To play on av6, you must have a registered personal account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and each account must belong to one individual.

Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide at registration must be accurate. An account opened with inaccurate information may be closed without prior notice.

Account Security

You must keep your login password confidential and must not share it with any third party. If your account is hacked or accessed without your permission, you must notify customer support immediately.

One Account Only

Each player may open only one account on av6. If a second account is found under your name, both accounts will be closed and any balances and bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

Account Verification

Before making a withdrawal, or when requested by the Platform, you must verify your account by submitting a copy of your national ID or passport.

Age Restriction

Access is allowed for 21+ only. Only persons aged 21 and above may use the av6 Platform. We strictly prevent anyone under 21 from accessing the Platform. You must accurately provide your date of birth at registration. If it is found to be inaccurate, the account will be suspended immediately.

We reserve the right to verify any player's age at any time. We may request proof of date of birth for this verification. If the requested proof cannot be provided, the service will be suspended.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All payments on the av6 Platform are processed via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Our payment policies are in place to protect players' funds.

Deposit

  • The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks
  • Players may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name
  • Deposits made under a third party's name are strictly prohibited
  • Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay
  • The Platform is prepared to cover deposit fees; conditions may change

Withdrawal

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes
  • Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete
  • Withdrawals are only allowed after the bonus wagering requirement has been met
Fees & Charges: av6 is not responsible for any bank fees, transfer charges, or exchange rate differences arising from withdrawals. Any fees deducted are charged by the payment service provider, not by av6.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonus and promotion offers at av6 are subject to both the general terms stated here and the specific terms of each individual promotion.

First Deposit Bonus

av6's welcome bonus gives you 120% on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of 20x the bonus amount.

Example: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 24,000 Ks × 20 = 480,000 Ks.

Bonus Restrictions

  • Each bonus can only be claimed once per player
  • Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirement is met
  • Bonuses cannot be cancelled once claimed
  • Wagering does not count if the bonus is used on games where it is not permitted
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited

Gaming Policies

Fair Play

Disconnections

If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection during play, the platform's server log is taken as the definitive record. av6 is not responsible for any losses caused by a player's connection issues.

Technical Errors

Any winnings paid out as a result of a software malfunction, bug, or incorrect display in the game system will be voided, and av6 reserves the right to reclaim such payouts.

Win Limits

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are prohibited to prevent misuse of av6's services. Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

Automated Systems (Bots)

Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software that plays on your behalf instead of you playing manually is strictly prohibited.

Money Laundering

Using the av6 platform for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds is strictly prohibited. Such activity will be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

Player Collusion

Collusion, coordinated play, and chip dumping — or any cooperative action between players intended to manipulate the system — are prohibited.

System Abuse

Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain, exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, or attempting any form of cyber attack on the platform is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure and Suspension

av6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

Grounds for Closure

  • Breaching any of these terms and conditions
  • Providing false information during registration
  • Being found to be under 21 years of age
  • Activity suspected of involving money laundering
  • Using Prohibited Software or Bots
  • Abusing the Bonus System in Unauthorized Ways
  • Treating Customer Service Staff Abusively
  • Self-Exclusion Requested by the Player

Withdrawals After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, all rewards and bonus funds will be forfeited. However, personal funds not connected to any unauthorized activity may be refunded at the company's discretion.

Limitation of Liability
